- Complete product name
- Build number of your product installation
- Database used (included PostgreSQL, external MSSQL or MySQL)
If an error message has been displayed in your product, please describe in detail how you proceeded prior to the error. Screenshots of the individual steps are helpful for us. Please change the language of the user interface to English before creating screenshots, so we can forward them to the manufacturer if necessary.
Please also create a support file with the current logs directly after the error message. If we need them, you will receive an email with an upload link from us.
