ManageEngine erneut im „Gartner Magic Quadrant for IT Service Management Platforms“
Das ist bereits das dritte Mail in Folge, dass ManageEngine in diesem Magic Quadrant positioniert wurde. Insgesamt wurden 10 führende ITSM-Plattformanbieter in den Report aufgenommen und hinsichtlich der Vollständigkeit ihrer Vision und ihrer Fähigkeiten zur Umsetzung bewertet.
Die ITSM-Lösung ServiceDesk Plus von ManageEngine wurde darüber hinaus auch in den „2022 Gartner Critical Capabilities for IT Service Management Platforms“ aufgenommen. Die Untersuchung der „Critical Capabilities“ ergänzt den oben genannten Magic Quadrant und analysiert acht Fähigkeiten, die die ITSM-Angebote jedes der im Bericht genannten Anbieter unterscheiden.
Mit dieser erneuten Anerkennung durch Gartner wurde ManageEngine im Jahr 2022 bereits das fünfte Mal in einen Magic Quadrant aufgenommen.
Die anderen Auszeichnungen umfassen die Themen “Application Performance Monitoring and Observability”, “Privileged Access Management”, “Security Information and Event Management” sowie “Unified Endpoint Management Tools”.
